Leading People - Staffing DTS

Staffing a DTS is an exciting thing and has great potential to develop you and move you forward in your leadership capacity. But without the right preparation and a little background knowledge, it can also be really difficult. So that you can feel secure in your role, we have created a crash course that will give you valuable knowledge and practical tools on how to lead others. You will be given models that you can use directly to create effective group times. You will learn to understand yourself and your students better. An important focus will be on leading mentoring or coaching conversations (one-on-ones).

This seminar is no replacement for the complete DTS staff training, but a valuable supplement and deepening of individual topics and is therefore particularly suitable for DTS staff teams.
